For ten years we shared a rugby pitch. Early mornings, muddy fields, broken noses and the kind of trust you only earn when the person next to you has your back in every scrum.
Rugby taught us one rule: you only move forward together.

Then life took us in different directions.
Boardrooms, multinationals, start-ups. Four countries. More than a century of combined experience building brands, companies and teams for others.
We were good at it. But we kept building other people’s dreams, and we knew we were capable of more.
