J3T was founded by Jorge Amor, Juan Noriega, Jorge Cortés, Tomás Allen and Jeremías Plata. They studied at top universities, built their careers in international companies and scaled businesses. Together they bring 106 years of combined experience, billions of US dollars in managed budgets and hundreds of millions of people reached. They also played rugby together for ten years, and that is where their winning mindset comes from: the resilience of a team that never stops.
